• Daily wear: Remove your bracelet before swimming, bathing, or engaging in strenuous activities.
  
• Chemicals: Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hand sanitizers, lotions, and harsh household chemicals.
  
• Cleaning: Gently wipe the surface with the complimentary lint-free microfiber cloth provided in your box. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners.
  
• Storage: Store independently in your SBN velvet pouch to prevent scratches from other jewelry.

For absolute security and asset protection, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Parcel Security: For safety reasons, we suggest packages aren't left unattended at doorsteps, and we cannot assume responsibility for parcels managed by unauthorized third-party forwarding services. We are not responsible after delivery confirmation.
